manufacturers and distributors introduce their products to U.S. Importers, distributors and agents.
These services are geared towards companies who have a corporate office located in Outside the United States.
Companies must qualify for the below services, not all applicants are accepted.
1. Red Carpet Business Matching Service:
Description: The Red Carpet Service is a matchmaking service designed to help foreign suppliers find US agents,
Distributors, Business Partners, Associations and other necessary resources.
ABA locates pre-screens and arranges business meetings with potential representatives, distributors,
business partners, associations and other necessary business partners. Typically 2-4 meetings per day depending
on distance between meetings.
Included in the Service:
Customized market and industry briefing with trade specialist
Appointments with prospective trade partners in key industry sectors
Post-meeting debriefing with our trade specialists in developing appropriate follow up strategies
Help with travel, accommodations, interpreter service and clerical support
Appropriate Clients:
Foreign suppliers in and product category (manufacturers, distributors, and foreign exporters) Client Companies should be export ready from the day of application.
2. Business Partnership Search:
Description: ABA will put our trade specialists to work fining the most suitable strategic partners.
The foreign company provides the marketing materials and company background. ABA interviews potential
partners and provides a list of up to 5 pre-qualified partners.
Included in the Service:
Generalized market and industry briefing on the marketability of product and sales potential.
Complete contact information on key employees at each potential partner which is interested in
company along with information on their size, sales, years in business, number of employees and statement
from each potential partner on the marketability of product or service.

3. Branch Office Setup and Management:
Description: This service is designed to establish a true US presence and an operative sales force for a
foreign company in 90 days. A legal name, address, phone and fax number, become registered, have access to
local bank account.
Included in the Service:
Set up of Sole Proprietorship
Assistance in registering of company and issuance of a legal name
Establishing a mailing address
Access to the use of a US phone and fax number
Access to local bank account
Access to local warehousing for samples and literature

Description: This service is designed to establish an independent sales force for a foreign company in 30-60 days.

Advertising for Sales Representatives
Managing entire interview process
Facilitating all training and ongoing management of sales representative
Building prospect database
Handling all administration for sales including processing of purchase orders, importation process,
and all other administration through collection.
Weekly prospecting reports.
Appropriate Clients:
Foreign suppliers in any product category (manufacturers, distributors, exporters,
service companies). The client company must be export ready and approved by both the SBC and
ABA at time of application.
5. Trade Show Appointment Search Service:
Description: ABA will put our trade specialists to work fining the most suitable strategic partners to
meet you at the client company’s booth during the client company’s trade show.
The foreign company provides the marketing materials, company background and prospect database.
ABA interviews potential partners and invites them to the client company’s booth during the show.
Included in the Service:
Generalized market and industry briefing on the marketability of product and sales potential
Personal calls to at least 30 prospects offering an invitation to the client company’s booth.
All calls are documented.
The updated prospect list (with updated information) will be sent back to you.
An invitation is mailed to each person that expresses interest.

Description: This service is a private sector version of the existing SBC and KOTRA incubation center.
A full pool of tools, services and experts would be available to support the launch, maintenance and expansion
